1. Are you a factory or trading Company? Where are you? How can I visit ?
We are a real factory and located in Lecong town, Shunde District, Foshan City, Guangdong Province, China, it takes about 50 mins by car from Guangzhou airport.
2. How long can you provide the sample?
The lead time for producing sample: about 15-20 days.
3. Can you offer 3D furniture design?
Yes, we can offer 3D furniture design, welcome to send your ideals to us.
4. What is the payment terms for sample cost and order amount?
We accept the payment paid by West Union,Paypal. And for orders, we can accept T/T or L/C at sight .
5. Can put appointed logo or company name on the products or package?
Yes. Your logo or company name can be printed on your products by stamping, printing,embossing, coating or sticker.
6. Can you help me design or modified the products as we request?
We have R&D capability and professional & efficient team, customized service and OEM/ODM are welcome. We will try our best to make it come true as long as you have a good idea.
7. How does your factory do regarding quality control?
Quality is priority! Every worker keeps the QC from the very beginning to the very end:
1) All raw material we used are environmental-friendly;
2) Skillful workers care every detail in handing the stamping, printing, stitching, packing process;
3) Quality control department specially responsible for quality checking in each process.
8. When does my order to ship it?
3 days after payment for the items with stock. 30-35 days for the custom made products. And for the unlikely products the date maybe delayed due to a shortage. We will inform you via message or email immediately.
